Rumors

Criminals are a superstitious lot that thrives on rumor and speculation. As you mingle with the patrons of the Pan-Demonica, you are likely to hear all manner of outlandish tales... many of them involve the Pan-Demonica and it's employees. Here are just a few of them... Some are true, others are not:

The Boss...

Is Leonardo
Is the Imp
Is December (a well-known criminal mastermind).
Is a demon, possibly the Imp's father.
Sometimes disguises himself as a patron and mingles with the crowd.

The Club...

Travels from town to town seeking out souls bound for Hell
The appearance of the Club is a sign of impending doom.
Is run by a secret justice-agency that is keeping tabs on criminals all over Ifreann.
Doesn't exist... is a mass delusion.
Is actually a small section of HELL that has been teleported to Ifreann.

Leonardo...

Is a ghost... the Bartender is his dead body
Doesn't exist... is a figment of the Imp's imagination
Was a normal man who sold his soul to Hell in exchange for immortality... and now he can never leave the club.
Is...or was...a woman.

The Imp...

Was a man that was turned into a monster.
Is a Succubus/Incubus that follows unlucky patrons home, seduces them, and then eats them.
Doesn't exist... is a mass hallucination generated by Leonardo
Sometimes disguises itself as a patron and mingles with the crowd.

The Bartender...

Is Leonardo's father.
Is the Boss
Isn't dead... just really ugly.
Is an angel that is being held captive in the Club.

Demon Brew...

Is really water from the river Styxx in Hell.
Is Imp's blood.
Is some other disgusting fluid from the Imp
Won't really kill you... (yeah, right)

The Golems...

Don't really move. The aren't golems... just statues
Were patrons that got trapped in the club after dawn
Were men who sold their souls and then tried to cheat Hell.
Are just ordinary golems... nothing special about them.

The Commandments...

You can break the rules if Leonardo isn't looking (uh-huh... just try it.)
Are different every time the club moves to a new town.
Are the official rules of HELL.
There were originally FIFTEEN commandments, but the tablet bearing the last five was destroyed during an earthquake.
